OOC RULES
.Brackets. If you’re in an RP, please don’t forget to use [], (()) or () when you're OOC. RP will not take place in the main thread, since it’s really difficult to keep track of that way.
.Please refer to the rules at the top of this post for more information.
IC RULES
.Do not God Mod. If you’re caught God Modding, staff are going to be pretty upset. Don’t try and control an RP, since it’s no fun at all for the other person that way.
.Try to limit swearing. We know some characters have minds of their own, but if you must swear, please keep it to a minimum. Gaia is a PG-13 site.
.Play fair. Do not purposely ignore other roleplayers, and do not butt into RPs that you were not invited into. Everyone has the right to play out their character.
.Don’t let a character’s opinion of your character affect your friendship with their owner. A character’s opinion does not reflect their owner’s opinion.
.Death, fights and injuries. As much as two little kids, or a few rowdy teens getting into fights can be fun, murdering another’s child is an instant blacklist. I will delete the RP in which it happened, and take away your character to be rehomed. Don’t deliberately run around picking fights just to break another kid’s arm or nose or something like that. A fight must be led up to, and have a reason, and NOT end in death.
.Growth Requirements. You should finish these in your child’s journal, as I check these regularly. If you’ve completed all of the requirements for the stage your child is in, please PM me and I will check it out. Note that anything that happens in RP can and will affect the outcome of the next stage of your character. Hair dye, new teddy, broken arm; it all stems from RP. Please don't go /too/ crazy with this one.
.The wild thing. Again, Gaia is a PG-13 site, so if your characters are going to sleep together, I’d rather you didn’t go into detail in your journal or on this site at all.
