I joined this guild awhile ago but never had a chance to post.
How's summer coming along for you all? Any good stories you'd like to tell about God or whatever experiences etc? I'd like to hear.

well hey nikki! we hae been doing alot of awesome things like our word and verse ofthe week. praying fordifferent countries and i have promoted starry night-163 to crew and she has taken over the bible study subforum.

Hello!! mrgreen welcome to the guild! My summer is going fine with some minor problems but I don't really care lol. How's your summer going so far? Oh and I have a storie but it's not my story it's my mom's, a very hard to believe one but who knows since it happened when my mom was unconscious and only the docters where witnesses.

Umm well this is a story my mom wants to make into a testimony but doesn't have time. I heard it and couldn't believe it, by the way this isn't like one of those miraculous recovery stories although it was a miraculous recovery but that's not what's hard to believe. This happened about two years ago I think it was in the beggining of 2008. My mom had been very sick for years she would have terrible pains, she went to the docters alot and they said she was fine, all they found were... well I think kidney stones but I'm not sure I don't remember I just know they were stone like things. The pains went on for another some years until she got worse and couldn't take it anymore and since she felt the docters here wern't telling her the truth or just not doing their job right she left to Tijuana with my uncle and had the docters there check her while me, my brother, and my sister stayed home. the docter said she had a tummer in her ovaries, gave her some medicine and told her that the possibilities of her surving were not likely and said she had to get operated on to take it out and find out whether the tummer was cancerous. So she left to Mexico because we're Mexican and it's cheeper to get operated on over there lol. So the docters preped her for the operation and stuff and mom says she was freaking out and started praying telling God to help her that it's not the docters who are going to operate on her it's God's hands that are going to operate on her. So here's the freaky part when the docter began to cut... THERE WAS NO BLOOD!!!!!!. When she woke up one of the docters came in yelling " Your God's spoiled one!!!"( best way I can translate it lol) and then she asked her how she was doing and told her why she was God's spoiled one, my mom was surprised, the docters also said the tummer wasn't cancerous ( Thank God!). After that she stayed in mexico with my grandma for a few weeks then came back home and finished recovering over at home.

thats awesome. i don't find it hard to believe because i have heard a lot unbelievable stroies... ok i have one. this was one my pastor told me.
ok so this was when my pastor was 15 years old. he went to church camp with this girl that was alergic to the sun. she had to wear long sleaves, gloves, wide hats, and he held an unbrella so the sun would touch her. well in the middle of praise they layed hands on her and she walked outside with no hat, unbrella, or gloves and she was completely fine. God had healed her. it was amazing and at the same time a boy in a wheel chair walked for the first time in his life. i would have loved to have been there.
