I was thinking about creating a PC modding guide and resource, but I wasn't sure how many, if any of you guys play Fallout 3 on the PC xP.

I've tried it for the PC, and the only advantage that I found was that you can play God mode. No rads, no damage... Pretty sweet but it takes away from the authentic Fallout 3 experience, naaa meen?

I played the pc version also And I love messing with different Mod's but I have never been able to make anything majorly awesome. I just kind of just edit weapon stats XD I have worked forever on making a grenade launcher where the grenades blow up on impact but nooooooooooooo I can't figure it out.
