It has become apparent, since almost a year has gone past and we've had not one day had a fully functioning Espada. I'd like to become an Aizen like character to finally get the Espada active. Apparently, with the passing of Lord Centouri, no other arrancar can be trusted as of yet. I'd like to be put in charge of Hueco Mundo so I can finally get it active. However, I'd like something, like putting them under marshal law. They will be treated as Captain power, but only the ones I choose to be active will get crew. I, without authorization of the UH, can promote and demote Espada. However, to balance things out. If an Espada's promotion or demotion is seen unjust, I can be called out by any member in the guild and be judged by the council.

I am actually ok with this because of how greatly inactive they are. However when I do return, i want a full update of what is going on.
