This elegant spirit came from DeClaire's observatory on her own. She's been comfortable in the library, but seems open to company.

Nickname: Ael, Elly, Lya
Strength: Cheerful.
Flaw: Indecisive.
Notes: She is the spirit of a celestial sash. Her power is wind. And she posseses the quirk that if she doesn't check herself (which she often forgets to do so) when she uses her wind magic then she is lifted into the air, floating in a manner that resembles the twinkling of a cluster of stars. She also uses her magic like she's making a wish. Her sometimes-see-through item can also appear and is like a magic circle. She has only learned so far that her magic reaches a radius around her that she can gradually grow further with practice and that she can use her magic to make things float. Aellya's teachers encouraged her to set out and see the world beyond the observatory and expand her horizons.
