-No, you cannot be a super mutant, or a feral ghoul, you can be a rational Ghoul or a human, that’s it.

-Send profiles through a PM with title ‘Wasteland Wanderer’

-It is a future post-apocalyptic world I know, but keep it semi-realistic and use the wiki to base any weapons/items/etc.

-Do not use unique weapons from Fallout 3, (Blackhawk, Ol' Painless, etc.) that are already made. HOWEVER, you can have your own unique weapons for your characters, any changes to the weapons must be approved by me.

-Try to keep your equipment reasonable, you can't carry a missile launcher, a flamethrower, AND a minigun at once, even if you can actually do that in Fallout 3.

-You can be from any faction you want, or you could be from no faction at all, you cannot be leaders of major factions (Enclave, BoS, Outcasts.) However you can be the leader of smaller factions, (Your own group of mercs, small raider group, etc. All must be approved by me)

Creatures:

Super Mutants: The brutal and horrible Super Mutants seem to be growing in numbers daily, this along with their immense strength, and the difficulty of getting rid of them makes them some of the most powerful and dangerous beings in the wasteland.

Centaurs: The hideously mutated guard-dogs of the super mutants, they are ugly, misshapen, and all around fearsome. They are very good at tracking and finding prey, and will warn their super mutant masters of nearby enemies.

Feral Ghouls: Mindless, violent, and utterly dangerous, Feral Ghouls may be physically weaker then most but they travel in large groups, add to this their ability to heal from radiation, and the powerful and dangerous Feral Ghoul Reavers they are another very powerful group of enemies that should be avoided.

Brahimin: Mutated two headed cows, they provide milk, surprisingly, and are the prime source of food, and milk in the wasteland, although most of them are domesticated there are still a few who are hostile, and if hostile they can be rather dangerous, especially to someone without a good weapon.

Mole Rats: Big as a dog, razor sharp teeth, and no hair anywhere, mole rats are the most common animals out in the wasteland, they wander around attacking and gnawing on anything they come across, although not the most dangerous thing in the wasteland they can still be deadly if underestimated.

Yao Guai: Mutated black bears, the walk around the wasteland killing anything that moves, they are extremely dangerous, and unfortunately they are still very common, they can on rare occasions be domesticated and trained as pets and guard dogs, as has been done by a few Scavengers.

Dogs: Since the nuclear war dogs have remained mostly unchanged, although most of them have lost much of their hair, they travel in packs and will attack anything they see, however they can be domesticated and trained, as is done quite often.

Deathclaws: The most deadly and vicious creatures on the waste land, they are fast, strong, and their claws can tear through armor and flesh alike. They are to be avoided at all costs, and if they see you, you might as well be dead.

Mirelurks: With tough shells and large claws they are powerful and dangerous, and very hard to get rid of. They stay near water and usually travel in small packs. Luckily for the wasteland purified water from Project Purity has killed off the majority of them, leaving only a small number of rare Mirelurks in small radiated ponds and lakes.

Giant Ant: Giant ants, they have large mandibles and powerful exoskeletons, they generally focused and grouped together. They will attack anything that's not a giant ant, luckily most of them stay underground.

Mister Handy: The Mister Handy series of robots was designed as a personal butler and housekeeper, it is equipped with four arms, two of which are equipped with a buzzsaw and a flamethrower. There is also a military version known as Mister Gutsy, equipped with a plasma weapon and a flamethrower.

Protectron: The basic robotic unit for maintenance and general defense, they are sturdy robots equipped with dual laser attachments on it's arms. It was usually used for factory work, and security work.

Robobrain: The Robobrain is a unique robot, in that it uses an actual brain to compute and process commands. These brains are supposedly all chimpanzee brains (supposedly) and have been re-programmed to follow their commands. They are equipped with similar laser weapons to the Protectron robots but are extremely accurate.

Sentry Bot: The Sentry Bot is a military robot created for the war. They are very powerful, usually armed with a minigun/gatling laser, and a missile launcher. They are fast, powerful, and very durable, making them dangerous enemies, and, if reprogrammed, powerful allies.

Name: 'Tri-Wolf'

Weapons: Custom laser rifle called 'Wolf's Howl' that can change the amount of beams it shoots using a dial on the side, the more beams, the less power each beam has. A plasma pistol, and frag grenades/mines. He also has a few traps set up in the studio just in case.
Special Skills: Science, Repair, Energy Weapons
Faction: BoS/GNR Studios
Personality: Charismatic and likable, he's a great guy with a sense of humor and a knowledge of all things tech. He loves to help 'Fight the Good Fight' from the GNR studios, and still looks up to Three Dog when the man has passed on.
Bio: He used to be a scribe for the Brotherhood, but he didn't like that much, so when Three Dog died, he volunteered to take over running the radio, and has been doing so since. Though the Brotherhood itself has retreated from GNR lately, Tri-Wolf has managed to keep the studio safe by repairing and re-programming quite a few robots to keep guard. The fact that the Feral Ghouls in the nearby metro stations keep most enemies away from him is a good help, and the Super Mutants are more focused on fighting the Brotherhood and other humans lately to bother the one man in the studio.

Other: He much prefers to talk his way out of a situations then battle, but when he fights, he's quite dangerous.

Gaianame: Zylo the Wolfbane
Name: Lilah
Age: 6
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Weapons: Sawed-off shotgun called 'Boomey' That is sawed off much more then normal, to the point where the barrels barely extend a centimeter past the shells. This makes the spread huge, but it does immense damage if all pellets hit. She also has a small child-size sniper rifle for when she needs to stay at range, she calls it 'The Picker' and though it does less damage normally, it is very accurate, so if she has time to aim while hidden it can be immensely deadly.
Special Skills: Small Guns, Sneak, Repair
Faction: Wastelander
Personality: Childish and happy, she's a nice, sweet girl who always likes to skip and sing. She hates being made fun of. She likes to meet people and talk to them, and always likes nice people.
Bio: She used to be in Little Lamplight, however the kids always made fun of her there for her eyes, so finally she said she was going to leave and go to the land of the grownups where the Mungos would be nice to her. She tried to go to Big Town, but she got lost. She eventually came across Grayditch, where it was abandoned, and all the fire ants had died off. There she met Doctor Lesko and when he was nice to her, she decided to stay in Grayditch.

Other: Her right eye is red while her left is blue, so she covers her right eye to avoid teasing as she received in little lamplight.

Weapons: A huge sword called 'The DeathCleaver' because she can supposedly cut a DeathClaw in half with it. And a .44 Magnum revolver with no scope.
Special Skills: Melee Weapons, Speech, Medicine
Faction: Leader of a small faction of Raiders called the 'Silver Swords' who have taken over Megaton completely and control it.
Personality: Vicious and sadistic, she's twisted and brutal as most raiders, but she's also cunning and smart, she knows how to talk to people and convince them of things, which is how she has such a large following.
Bio: She was born to unknown parents, and left at Tenpenny Tower where she was raised. She hated it. The complacent citizens happy in their snobbish lifestyles. So finally when she was 9 she took a revolver from the security locker and left. She wandered the wastes for a few weeks, surviving off of Mole Rat meat and dirty water. One of these days she was ambushed and surrounded by Raiders, they moved in, ready to kill, one of them leaned down and threatened Vraila with a knife. In one swift movement she raised her gun and blew his face off without blinking. The rest of the raiders took an immediate liking to her and adopted her, raising her until she took over and begin to collect recruits, she then lead her Raiders in an attack on Megaton where they took over.

Other: She's also the creator of the strange new 'Nuka Cola Crimson' which she and her raiders make, the strange drink has become very popular with any people who fight, as it supposedly gives the drinker great strength. For this fact alone her raiders are set aside from others, as they don't HAVE to raid others to get supplies, they simply CHOOSE to raid others. Traders come to Megaton to buy Nuka Cola Crimson, though doing so is always a calculated risk.

Personality: Is always Serious about people buying his goods and stealing it and whenever he finds somthing worth alot of caps he is very happy.
Bio: He was a little boy who sold goods to his friends and became so good at selling stuff he was a legend to all the of the wastelanders he also specializes in Medicine he can cure people for a very cheap price of 30 caps i sell schematics Nuka cola Quantum anything you can find need some more of them stocks ask him to look for somthing and he gets onto the job of course, if you ever need somthing fixed he's the right man for the job he can fix a broken up Fatman in less than a 20 seconds, plus it comes out in a great awesome condition.

Bio: Maverick was born to two struggling merchants in one of the small settlements that dotted the eastern coast, not too far from the Wasteland. He grew up experiencing the many dangers that wasteland life still offered, despite its continued struggle to attain its former glory, learning from the constant threat of raiders, slavers, irradiated and mutated creatures, and the occasional super mutant attack. Several years of trying to eke out a living in the sparsely vegetated land and the settlement's numbers eventually became too low to hope to continue holding the area, so the remaining settlers had no choice but to disperse by the time Maverick turned 9. Deciding that their son was old enough to begin helping with both business and defense, the family began their slow migration westward, stopping to set up shop in a settlement for anywhere up to a year before they packed up and kept moving once more. During this time, Maverick learned more about his father's trade than he did wielding a weapon, having shown an interest in mechanics and gun repair since he was old enough to clutch a wrench in his hand. He showed far less enthusiasm, not to mention far less skill, in the art of actually shooting a firearm, though kept at it due to necessity.

Main : Chinese Assault Rifle with a Modified Recoil and extended clip. Vincent rarely has to use it, but he has it just in case. He calls it "Chinese Fury."
Secondary : A Silenced 10mm Pistol. It has a modified barrel that enhances its Power. Vincent uses this most often. He calls it "Silent Roar."
A Small Knife about 5 inches long used for close-quarter combat, as well as cutting Animal Skins.
Special Skills: Sneak, Small Guns, & Lockpick.
Faction: Scavenger.
Personality: Vincent is a nice guy. He isn't much of a barterer, but that doesn't make him any less of a Merchant because he doesn't directly sell his items to the people, but instead, he Works as a scavenger for the merchants. Some merchants are too afraid to go find some rare items that their customers request, so they ask Vincent to go out and find the items. He doesn't enjoy ruthlessly killing his foes, so he uses his Sneaking abilities to go into Enemy areas and steal his items. He does carry a Pistol and a Chinese Assault Rifle around just in case.
Bio: Vincent was born in Rivet City where he often had to steal food from the other Citizens so he could feed himself and his family. One day his father was out searching for an item worth selling in the Capital Wasteland when he was killed by a group of Raiders. After hearing word of this, his Mother committed suicide, leaving Vincent to care for his younger sister, Jen. Vincent continued stealing from the other folks living there and even told Jen to help him. Jen was caught one day and was kicked out of Rivet City, along with Vincent. The two wandered around, eating scraps. One day Jen was killed by a Raider Gang and Vincent narrowly escaped with his dog, "Noboru". Vincent soon began searching for rare items, and eventually became a successful Scavenger.

Other: Vincent owns a Male dog named Noboru that can carry items in his pouch that is strapped to him as well as being a search dog that can find Items based on scent.

Faction: Ghoul
Personality: He doesn’t like people very much, even ghouls. Does what he has to to survive and prosper as a ghoul.
Bio: He doesn’t know much about his former life besides that he was blasted off his feet and slammed into a wall (he wasn’t a ghoul when the blast hit). He was found by a group of ghouls heading to the Underworld and they helped him alive on Stimpacks until they got him to Doctor Barrows’ Chop Shop where he stayed unconscious for about a year, slowly turning into a ghoul(It’s rumored that Barrows helped him become a ghoul with his testing). Once he woke up and was in good condition he left Underworld as quickly as he could, shocked that he was a ghoul and wandered the Wasteland. Accepting his fate he goes from settlement to settlement, working as a mercenary until he’s kicked out or leaves without warning.
Appearance: He looks like he is in the beginning of his ghoulification, still has a little brown hair on his head. He wears a Merc Grunt outfit with a backpack to carry his weaponry and supplies.
Theme Song: City by Hollywood Undead
Other: One of his favorite techniques is the Shady Sands Shuffle, all though he hardly uses it because of the blast radius of his explosives is hard to get away from in time.

While Tory was looking for Fire Ant Nectar he hears some humming in the Streets of Grayditch. "WOOF!" Said Skippy "Thanks Skippy you found me some shotgun ammo!" Said Tory as he hears the hummings again. Tory then follows the humming and finds Fire Ants and gets thier Nectar. After that he gets up and follows the hummings. "Hello? Is anyone here in Grayditch i heard there was a Doctor Lesko here!" Shouts Gray, hoping for an answer.

"Oh hello there little girl i am Tory a Legendary Scavenger or so they say...." Said Tory dropping some shotgun shells. "I also see that you have a shotgun and well my Dog, Skippy here found some shells that could be yours, also wondering where Doctor Lesko may be?" Asked Tory Kindly as he smiles.
