I like meditating, its so stress relieving. I once meditated and found that like 6 hours had passed since i started it was really weird. it deffinatly wasn't sleep though whee . I used to get very strong deja vu. like dreaming something and then either the next day or a week later swearing that it has happened before. I've also seen a ghost before. It was at an old abandoned house opposite a childrens park. It was a woman dressed in like a french maids outfit sweeping up outside with a really old fashioned broom and then she kinda faded into the house. I don't know if this is related to the paranormal but a lot of the time i can read people like a book, my dad also claims to be able to do the same thing, tell exactly how people are feeling and stuff like that, for example i had recently told a few people a secret of mine and my sister once came to my house and as soon as she walked in the room i could tell that she knew and i just blurted out "so are you gonna ask me or what?" and it really shocked her cos she thought for about an hour that i read her mind or something lol. nothing paranormal has happened to me for quite a while now though.
