Off the top of my head I can only come up with a few good Yuris. The basics really like:
Strawberry Panic
Candy Boy
Simoun
Shoujo Sect [<3]
Twilight [for my own sense of humor and the BellaxAlice fanfics that make it worth it]
Maka-Maka
Please, post up anything that is worth adding to an awesome list of yuri [No i don't count Twilight in that awesome list. Not after teh fangirls...tore it up, burned it, and threw cheap glitter all in the pages -sob]

Ah yuri/shoujo ai...it makes the world DELICIOUS.
I'd have to say that my top anime would be:
Kashi Mashi~Girl meets Girl
Aoihana
Kannazuki No Miko
Revolutionary Girl Utena
Noir (It's heavily suggested the two girls love eachother)
Murder Princess (Again, heavily suggested the two have a thing)
Kamikaze Girls (In the novel, though they both have love interests that are men, they have a lovers connection)
Sailor Moon (Sailor Uranus & Sailor Neptune, need I say more?)
Nana (Seriously? Nana and Hachi have pretty much had the hots for each other from the get go)
And that's about it...that I can think of at the moment anyway.
I have a crap load of yuri crack pairings that I support, like, I adore Belice from Twilight. (Though I hate Twilight itself)
My crack fandoms are:
Glee - Rachel Berry/Quinn Fabray, Santana Lopez/Brittany
iCarly - Carly Shay/Sam Pucket (yes, I'm old but I love iCarly)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Zelda/Samus Aran
Twilight - Alice/Bella, Rosalie/Bella (What can I say? I like bitchy women)
Final Fantasy VII - Tifa/Aeris
Final Fantasy IX - Beatrix/Garnet
Final Fantasy X2 - Rikku/Paine
Final Fantasy XIII - Oerba Yun Fang/Oerba Dia Vanille (though this isn't a crack ship, they are pretty much cannon)
Harry Potter - Luna Lovegood/Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger/Minerva McGonagal

I dont think these should be on a list i just posted them cause mabey someone will like them
Queens Blade - An ecchi/fighting type anime but the cast is all girls and there's some yuri involved
Ikkitousen - Same as above but there are guys in it too and there's some straight romance
Aki-Sora - A manga mostly about incest but the male boy is made to look like a girl and there is some actual yuri, its pretty hardcore ecchi (there's a anime about it but its got nothing to do with yuri and its a one shot)
These are actual yuri and the focus is all yuri
A Cruel God - A pretty old manga but still good
Octave - I havent read it but aparently its pretty good
Rain - One Shot yuri, really touching and has some ecchi in it
The Secret Stream - Another OS with a good ending, no real ecchi
The proof of her love - OS yuri, its ok
Snowflakes Flutter Down through the Clear Sky - OS yuri, i liked this one alot
Ragnarok City - Really high in ecchi, id consider it hentai because of full nudity detailing every part of the body, storywise its ok

If anyone ever looks into Touhou, there's plenty of doujinshi that is basically yuri, given that the cast is about 99.99% girls. The majority focus of alot of them are based on the main characters Hakurei Reimu and Marisa Kirisame, based on the storylines of the games and original manga being paired with the other characters.
The better ones last at least 5 chapters and are mostly non-H, and have actual good story rather than dribble.

A few I'd reccomend...
Aqua Blue Cinema- Adorable <3
Clover- A series of stories about a group of sisters, all who have different experiences with girl love. Pretty cute.
For You My Beloved- A bit more Josei, cute, but a very sad ending.
Instinct and Chromosone- Josei, lovely, lovely.
Maya's Funeral Procession- Old 70's yuri manga, pretty interesting, heartbreaking ending.
Shiroi Heya no Futari- Another old 70's yuri, another tragedy. (that was pretty much the theme for girl-love back then)
Spring Summer Fall Winter- A series of short stories about budding relationships in and all-girls high school. Cute, hilarious, ecchi.
The Miko's Words and the Witch's Incantations- My current favorite shoujo-ai story. It's so adorable! 4laugh
