A certain room that those who are only able to open the door is Akira, the 3rd Espada, and anyone who is given permission to, as well as higher Espada. The walls are not that strong, but do prevent other Arrancar and Hollows from outside from spying on conversations. All rooms are built in the same manner, and it is completely locked at night so that only the one inside can open it. These special locks apply to all rooms, unless if the current resident of the room chooses to allow anyone at all in.
Z entered his room to see that the rest of his Fraccion were already in as he entered, with Shizuka awaiting for him. From what he saw in comparison to his last room, it seemed that each Espada has less room space according to their number, with his 4th room being a foot smaller, and this a foot larger. He had been an inspector for the cleaness of the rooms at times, and had seen that the 10th's room was quite large, bigger than what his room and previous room were, and only wondered as to why, but this room was able to seat at least 5 more people than the earlier restriction of his previous room. All of Lady Flora's belongings had been destroyed by throwing them to the Hollow far off in Hueco Mundo, as none would dare to try to get too close to the Arrancar's own home grounds.
O simply stared at his leader. He wondered as to why another Espada were in with them. This was highly unusual, and for a female Espada to join? This was not like Z at all.
P seemed interested a bit in Shizuka. Was she able to break through Z's own defences, did Z, or did they both? It seemed more likely for the latter two. Why would Z want a girl Arrancar, and for that matter, an Espada at their Fraccion meeting?
F watched keenly over at Shizuka. All three of them were not usually invited to Espada only parties, the rare few that they had, but had lived up long enough to be considered possible future contenders to be Espada.
"So, I brought you all here today to induct our new member, Shizuka, into our Fraccion.
O's eyes widened in question, nearly, but understood before he could complete the surprise on his face, removing it in an instant.
"What?" P asked almost infuriated. She could just join without any initiation or anything? What fun would that be? Also why was she accepted anyways? That unresolved question buzzed in P's mind as O had already solved it.
"Welcome then, I guess?" F said pleasantly, as he brought P back to his seat. He did not mind too much, and it would increase their overall power as well. He liked Z's thinking from another point of view.

Shizuka felt a bit strange in the middle of all the male Arrancar's, especially Z's fraccion. Not only had she not met them, but had barely seen them around either. And she couldn't say she was surprised at their different reactions to the announcement.
Because, really, how often did an Espada become a fraccion and keep her rank? Shizuka knew it would take quite a while to get used to these people, especially since she would become her normal stubborn and cold person around them.
"I guess I can accept your welcome for now." She told them, crossing her arms across her chest.
Starting now, she would hopefully rise in the ranks, while helping out a friend in the process. But the true question was, is there such thing as friends in a place like this?

Z watched the rest of his Fraccion.
"Yes, just please don't die," O said playing with his toy.
"Yeah... what he said," P replied, finally realizing what O had did sometime ago.
F looked around. There was barely any fun talk. "You must be wondering who we are," he said, "The one over there with white hair is O, my friend beside me is P, and I'm F. In that order, we are the 11th, 12th, and 13th respectively," he said proudly.
"Yes... now that's over, I guess that we'll be done for now. Our tactics usually come out during battles," he explained. "So, Shizuka, do you want to go to the dating event that's going on a few floors below?" he asked pleasantly. He oddly was very interested in her.

Shizuka looked at F. Was he trying to impress her somehow? If so, he wouldn't break her defenses that easily. "Well it's nice to know I trust you guys. Or so I assume." She said plainly, eyeing everyone in the room.
Looking back to Z, her feelings changed and she gave just a small smile. "Well it seems everyone likes it there, so why not? Could be fun." She shrugged, though she usually wasn't one to go to such events.

"Alright then," Z replied quite happily. It had been years since that was the case for him. He hadn't gone to any event since that event took place a few years ago, which eventually lead to D obtaining his full powers. "You can. They're my successors, I guess you could say. If anything were to happen, they will take my place systematically after each other. They are trusthworthy, however," he said.
"Sorry about my outburst... welcome," P said, finally calming down. He was more social than F, but got worked up whenever O was around. He thought in his mind that it would have meant that either F or he would have become the 4th, but Kishin had got squeezed in before they could have even tried to apply.
F watched happily as his friend finally came back to his senses. "Have a good time," he said, as they remained there.
"Incase if you're wondering, Arrancar who are not at least Espada are not allowed to enter," he explained, still playing with his toy.
"Yes... but I do bring them back food, actual food, whenever I can...," Z said, as he was simply going to shut the door on them as he brought Shizuka to the party room with the use of Sonido. There was a small faint glow to the room so that they could stay there, as he allowed them to sleep in their own quarters of his room, instead of allowing them to stay at their designated areas in the mass of other unsafe Arrancar who wanted to raise their own rank, while he stayed on his couch. It was much more comfortable for him to think about things.
