Right now I am not requesting a certain artist to do Elune, since I would be happy with any of the artist doing her.. <3 love all the artwork I have seen so far so I can't make up my mind.
Elune is halfway based off of a Character from a Roleplaying Game for the Xbox but since she looks nothing like this other character I would not classify her as a Cosplay.
I have put aside 500k for her and I would like her to be growing if that is possible. [Totally not sure about price]

Elune is a Solar Priestess, that is half Human and Half White tiger.
She comes from the DeClaire region, if possible can she come from the Sun temple located in the skys above Declaire.
The item Elune came/comes from is a stuffed/plush white tiger with a Sun symbol on its forehead.

Now this is the main point in which I will need help/suggestions on.. Since I really don't know how to describe her all to well, I have used tektek to help me explain how she looks.
This is Elune. Now that's the tektek image, it looks a little weird since the colors don't match and some item pieces are well layered weird.. So here's some extra information on her overall look. For more images please look down two post..
Elune's hair is long, to her waist/hip area but her bangs stay the same way as the Toned Keido. Her hair color is the same as the toned keido also.
Elune's eyes look the same as the Fremere's Guard there but slightly wider and the middle of the eyes being darker, kinda like a cats eyes. Her eye color is the same bright blue as the Fremere's Guard.
Elune's outfit is one of the most complex pieces. So let me start with the Tiger ears and tail. Elune is part White tiger, so the ears and tail need to be white with black strips. Also the layering job on tektek kinda sucks so can the ears be in the right possession on the head, and not look like its behind the hair. Now onto her torso items.. It will be easier for me to describe her torso by explaining how the gaia item should look, I hope you can understand this. The Solar Mage item, everything about this item in design and color is correct, however there is one slight thing that needs to be adjusted and that is the part of the Solar mage item that covers only her chin, this part needs to cover her mouth and not cover the chest jewel on the Prism Armor. As for the Prism Armor the shoulder Parts that are sticking out those should not be there. Other then that the piece is correct. Has for color it should match the Solar mage items colors, please no white. The Chest Jewel's color needs to match her eyes. Now onto the feet/leg area. Once again it will be easier for my to explain per gaia item pieces. The Seracila Pendant [legs] This item should look similar to the Solar Mage item. The Blue parts on the Pendant would need to be the same color as the Chin/neck part of the Solar Mage item with the jewel looking parts need to be the same color as her eyes. The white part of the Seracila Pendant needs to be the same color as the Sleeves from the Solar Mage. Now the design of the bottom part of the Seracial Pendant needs to look similar to the Solar Mage Sleeve ends. Has for the Shoes, those are correct in design and everything..
I did not include Elune's Sun Staff. Since its really not needed, however if the artist would like to make Elune with her Sun Staff they can. I haven't given much taught to what her staff would look like, But I do have two things that are a must with her staff, The staff itself is made out of golden wood and it must have a jewel. This jewel's colors would be a blueish yellow cream color, the blue should be a softer shade then that of her eyes, and the yellow cream color should match the Solar Mage sleeves color.

Elune's Personality - She is very Shy but is also very protective over what she thinks is hers. That's as far as I got with her personality.
Well I am still working on her back story.. and everything. The only part I have right now is below..
Elune as a spirit as always wondered the mountains [temple] of DeClaire until she happen to come across a stuffed white tiger plush in which she choose to reside in. Off the main path she would watch travelers [priest] walk by until one day a wondering traveler [high priest] happen to find her. Not showing much interest in the traveler [high priest] Elune felt alone in the world and the traveler [high priest] not knowing what to do with the stuffed white tiger plush [Elune]. He finally ended up finding a toy shop that would take the toy. This is where I found her, stuffed all the way in the back with some dirt spots. She looked so lonely and lovely since tigers are my favorite animals.

Another extra post.. Never know on if what you have will be enough.. >.<
So you all can post now.. any help at all would be greatly helpful.. This is the second time I have made a character up.. sad isn't it.. so I'm still learning.
