Background:
Ulric was a Viking in his past life, and that has carried onto being a Soul Reaper. Even if he can go sailing and pillaging he still enjoys travel and fighting, which is why he joined the reserves. They are the most free, letting him do what he wants, and at the same time are called into filling the most exciting parts of battle.

His sword retains its freezing abilities. In addition to this it can create a snow fall. This power depends on how big of an area it is created in. He can cover massive area in light snow and drop down the temperature. Down to creating a true snow storm in a 20 yard radius around him. The smaller the area the better control he has over it. At 20 yards he can even use the snow to create shape and sculptures, turning them into ice at his will.
