I watch more dramas than movies. I like the movies because their shorter.
Speaking of dramas, I need to watch the dramas that Riki-san recommended!

WELL!! My favorite movie as of now would have to be: 僕の初恋をキミに捧ぐ I give my First Love to You was beautiful, and equally tragic.
I also think it was easily the best acting I've ever seen from my 2nd favorite actor--
Okada Masaki. <3
I recommend it to anyone who loves romance stories, and just about had it with 恋空.
Along with that, I've seen 恋空、おくりびと、
and several more which weren't good enough to name.

As for anime movies; my favorites are Howl's Moving Castle, Tales of Earthsea, & Origin.
(Bunch of Miyazaki Films, and several series' movies from my kid obsessions...)
SO!! My QUESTION is. . .
Who HASN'T watched pretty much 1-6 of the Pokémon films as a kid???
Speak nao or be smacked against with a gigantic Pikachu BAT. ;O

I loved Howl's Moving Castle! My favorite movie (Japanese or English) is probably Mononoke Hime. heart
Have you seen Shimotsuma Monogatari?

It's been so long since I've seen the pokemon movie. I never did see the sequels. I should have a marathon. XD
I like the Returner or Ritana. It's a great sci-fi time travel movie.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but it's about this girl who travels back in time to prevent an apocalyptic future (involving aliens, I think) and runs into a delinquent boy. Together, they save the world. Sounds kind of typical for a sci-fi flick, but the writing is amazing, the special effects are good and the boy looks like a Japanese Orlando Bloom. wink
