Hey look at my beardie! Please Apply!Part Time Colorist Please Apply! 1. The most important thing about colorists is that they must be fun loving and easy going people. 2. Colorists NEED Photoshop, and preferably a tablet + tablet pen. Doesn't really matter what version, but you need Photoshop. If you have some other program like GIMP, I'll take your
application, but I'd much prefer Photoshop. I don't know how
the other progams work, so it's easier for us to work together
on stuff if we both know how each others' programs work.3. You are responsible for keeping to the deadlines I set-I will always try to make sure everyone has plenty of time, but as the event time closes in, I will set a deadline, and if you know you won't make it, let me know ASAP so I can help! 4. Please use PNG or PSD files only-no JPG. 5. You must be able to clean up your own pets, so that there isn't anything outside the lines. 6. All the stages of a dragon MUST be done before that dragon is sold. 7. The linearts have shading templates. I leave off the lighting templates because lighting determines, more than shading, the texture of the dragon. If you can't do lighting, it's VERY easy to learn, and I'll help you to do so. However, I prefer if you already can. 8. Colorists are generally assigned about 1-5 dragons per event. This number may go up or down, but I try to make sure no one is overworked or taking on too much. 9. If you want to color a dragon for yourself once in a while, after having worked with us for a while, let me know what dragon you'd like, and I'll probably okay it! But work up to it-I don't want to hire someone who just wants to color dragons for themselves. Same thing for pet trades and customs, work with us a while, and then you may set up customs, and if someone requests a pet trade with you, let me know and I'll okay it. 10. If you get hired, please let me know what your contact info is-if you have a messenger, I like to stay in contact with my colorists over more than just PM's, so that communication is better. 11. Heheeeee, lizards are sooooo adorable! Colorist Pay The price for: Adult Flatsale dragons is 4k. Teen Flatsale dragons is 5k. Hatchling Flatsale dragons is 6k. Flatsale eggs is 7k. The certist fee, taken off of every dragon sold, is 1k. The remainder is the colorist's pay. All staff are paid at the end of each sale/event. I start trades with all of them at the beginning, and add gold to it as the dragons are sold, and at the end of the event I double check everything and send out the OK so that everyone can accept their pay. No, I cannot pay you in lizards. ; D Exceptions 1. There is no pay for anyone, colorist or certist, from free dragons.
2. When an auction if AutoBought, 10% of the entire price goes to the Original Founder of the shop. 1k is taken off the remainder, for the certist fee, and then the colorist gets the rest, which is still a sizeable chunk. ****************** Please Apply!Lineartist Please Apply!

I am returning to college, I should be able to do at least an hour online a day, but if there's some function I have to go to my time will be reduced. I hope for at least 1-2 hours online time a day.
