okay I was listening to my clannad OST playlist, and I wrote this awesome poem about Clannad!
and since clannad and dangos kind of have a common ground I thought it would be okay to post in this guild since I bet a lot of you have seen Clannad ^^
*note: if you have not seen clannad than I suggest you DON'T!!! read this poem*

The End of the Beginning
Its been so long since i played this song.
The way it plays makes me cry as it is sung.
All my emotions seem to grow cloudier with time.
Yet when I'm with you everything is so sublime.
I was always so lonely.
All I wanted was a friend.
Then we happened to meet one day,
and all I think about is the time we spent.
Roaring tides.
No, more like moments of despair.
But at the place where dreams come true.
I know I'll see you there.
In our days of leisure.
I see something shining in the sky.
Amidst the white clovers on the ground.
I see the palm of a tiny hand reach up to touch my eye.
Did it all exist?
Did she really die?
The towns flow of time is such a peaceful tune,
but how can I live in the lonely times when I only want to die.
I lived without you neglecting our only child.
I can't look at her without crying about your smile.
Despite my actions I made amends,
but now she lays in my arms limp.
I yell out your name like I did for you back then.
Only then did I find out the answer to my question.
The snowfield 'round me listens to my wishes.
So I crumple down on the snow and let out one final cry.
I lay stretched out like an angel in the snow.
Now I can finally die...
It's all illusions.
It was all a dream.
And now I see you laying next to me.
The lights of happiness now fill the sky.
I realize that despite your pain I'm glad we met that time.
I hold you hand as we hear her first cry.
The overwhelming joy brings tears into our eyes.
Now I realize that this is only the beginning,
The beginning of a new light inside this lonely city...

that was an amazing poem, it was so beautiful and spot on, it was just incredible....and to think i was reading to this while listining to dango daikazoku.
