OneManga.com and about 40 other Manga sites are being shut down this week. Apparently, someone got a bug up there a** and thought that these sites were destroying the Economy!~

So, for all of you who enjoy these sites, I feel your pain...

that....really.....sucks. I was reading Blackbird online. crying well Ill just have to bye it now...

I know this is quite a late post to bring this thread to life again...but this is something everyone will have to get over. I understand why these sites are being taken down and mostly, I can agree too even though I enjoy reading manga online. However I also tend to buy what manga I enjoy reading online at the nearest book store. The ones I don't buy, I can't find for sale.

So yeah, I understand why people are saying it's hurting the economy. Why buy something you can get online for free? Normally I wouldn't, that's for sure. I think they're just trying to get people to support the authors/artists again by getting them to buy the manga.

I can see both sides, so no one better bite me.

It's mean when they shut them down, i understand why but crying there is manga i am most likely never going to get here or i am going to have wait 2 years for it to come out to buy.
Most of the mangas i read online if i love enough ill buy it when i get some money or released
