From the outside its a deserted city, an irradiated wasteland where no human could possibly survive. Welcome to the city.

well now i got that out the way, a few things about the city. the sewers and most basements are full of ferels (zombies that have no control over themselfes), i advise you to stay away from them. the inner city is free of radiation and its where most of the residents live, the residents consist of zombies, criminals and outcasts. the outskirts are home to ferals, bounty hunters and if your lucky more ferals. oh and this isnt fallout you dont become feral from radiation, you'll probally just die.

okay, so as you'll probally never need to go in the basements or to the outskirts i'll explain a little more about the inner city. there are a few areas open to everyone all the time; the bar, the hotel and the park.
The bar is small but usualy empty, rumor is its home to the black market and you can get nearly anything you want from there for a price, but then again it is just a rumor.
The hotel is for visitors, although its called a hotel its really just a five story hospital and a woman that charges for rent and repairs. its not the only hotel but it is the only hotel with locks on the doors and hot water.
And the park is well a snowy field with benches and some trees not really anything special buts open to the public and i needed a third area.
