In other words- how old does he look?
I think he looks about the same age as Ichigo and co. Considering he has a more curved face which indicates youth most of the time in anime, large eyes, and he's short.
Feel free to name some ages for other Espada / Arrancar too..
Here are mine:
Starrk - 34-36
Barragan - 80+
Halibel - 29-32 (She kinda reminds me of Ivy from Soul Calibur IV.)
Nel - 20-21 (TO me she's well endowed enough to be in early twenties)
Ulq - 16-17 (He's so short.)
Nnoitra - 26-27
Grimmy (Jaque-chan) - 22-23 (He's kinda tall)
Luppi - 15-16
Zommari - 28-30
Aaroniero - ????
Yammy - 30?

All of them are about right, except for Aaroniero. He doesn't really have an age, as do all the Espada. Hollows don't really age, they're dead spirits, and spirits are ageless. The only way to determine who's the oldest and who's the youngest is by which one was createst the first or who was created the last. Ulquiorra could very well have been the first while Barragan could have been the last.

I agree with Duskcrawler
since hollows don't age we have no idea knowing what age he might be
but in terms of appearance I think you're somewhat right
after all, Ichigo is what? 16-17 now? and he still seems a lot older to me xD so about 17 would probably be suiting for Ulquiorra.

Yeah, you're right, Calamity. Hollows don't have numbered ages like Shinigami. Hollows instead have ages in terms of who was created first, as do the Arrancar. Whoever is created first is the oldest, and for the youngest, vice versa. Ulquiorra is probably 17 in appearance.

I don't agree on some of those. This is what I think.
Hallibel would be a bit younger, around 25.
Nnoitra would be younger, around 22 or so.
Grimmjow would be 19 or 20.
@Duskcrawler: The Espada aren't ranked that way though, since they are ranked by power. Starrk could be the last created for all we know, not that I'm saying he is~

I meant all Arrancar. Whoever is created first is the oldest. Whoever is created last is the youngest. Shinigami have numbered ages. Hollows/Arrancar don't. As for the Espada, its rank in power. For Arrancar with numbers that are 11 and above, they are based on age. The Espada follow the same rule as Arrancar, their numbers are just based on power, instead of age. They aren't just born with that number, they're given it if they are the most powerful of the Arrancar.

Now that I think of it Ichigo is pretty young... and doesn't look like it. xP

Yeah, I agree with serene. Hollows, as stated, are ageless and they're ages are based on numbers. So, as I said before, looks can be decieving. Barragan could be the youngest, while Ulquiorra could be the oldest. No one really knows.
