Of late, I've been getting into fashion from other countries. I've looked at European fashions, but more recently, I've been thinking about fashions from East Asia. I'm trying to learn Mandarin, and am feeling sucked into it somehow. Also, I'm around a lot of Asians- my two conversation partners are Korean, my boyfriend is Chinese. . .
My fashion sense has always been off-beat anyways.

I'm wondering if I'm alone in this? Does anyone else get inspiration from the fashions of other countries? If so, why?
