Looking around the district, I've noticed some people expressing questions and concerns on how to give their packed lunch that extra cute boost! Be it your cute accessories, molds or cuts, there's no one right answer. I'd love to hear from multiple members 3nodding

What do you do to make your bento cute?

I personally use my cutely shaped molds and food picks! I'd really like to explore more with color tho as a bento with only 2 or so colors can't be fully balanced and it looks boring stressed

Choosing foods with different colors makes food look brighter and more appetizing 8D For cuteness, fun shapes of flowers and animals usually makes things cute 8D

I like to use various colors of bell peppers to add color and it's healthy too. I also like to add a bit of color to my rice.

If you use granny smith apples and die them green you can make grunnies! I've done that for myself and my Oneechan's bentos. I suggest soaking the apples in a bowl of water with several drops of green food dye and an equal amount of lemon drops to keep them from turning brown.

I like to use different baran and picks. If you don't have it, individually cutting things in different designs, simple or complex, make it look pretty even if it isn't /amazing/ it will still be stylish and appetizing.
I also don't like to use dyes in a bento, so edible flowers (you can make caramel and bake them) make things look very pretty without having to do too much work or go out of your way to find natural items with the colour you want.

Yes, you could do that. But are flowers really that tasty?

Personally, I usually eat honeysuckles anytime I find them but I do sometimes see edible flower packets in my grocery store where the organic herbs and stuff are 3nodding Flowers can be a lovely and elegant addition to any bento, and might catch a lot of people off guard!

Yes, and you usually need to buy teh edible ones. I know roses are edible. You don't want to buy regular ones because they still have pesticides nd such on them.
