I suggest we make a chatterbox/misc. section where members can post and discuss non-Kuro related things (other anime/manga, TV, games, general chat/hangout threads, etc). that way people would still have a place to post and be active even if there's nothing Kuro-related to talk about at any given time.
I've seen several dead Kuro guilds that didn't have anything like this, and my suspicion is that they may have run out of things to talk about becuase they didn't have any good handout threads where people could just, well hangout in general.

I would suggest having a subforum for it, that way, people will be able to post whatever general content there, and it won't flood the main forum.

i say you should make 2 new subfourms for the mansions,
Phantomhive mansion
and
Trancy mansion
thats what i did in my guild so people dotn get confused were they are. if you like... i can help you with that?

Hmm you're right, chances are that there will be people who will be indecisive of who to join and as a matter of fact, there is no more Team Trancy. The owner doesn't want it anymore for she gave up on it :i
I'll give this a shot in the dark. Which Mansion would you like to take care of?

Good idea (thanks so much for joining, btw!) it'll make us just a little more general a fan guild, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it means we'll have more to offer to a wider perspective member base.
this isn't really a request I suppose, but we really need someone to manage the Roleplay section and get that up an running. I can't do that because I'm not experienced with running RPs and I'm not always available to monitor it, and since I'm still a newb with the Kuroshitsuji series, I don't think I have the required knowledge to do much in that area, Other than maybe helping with character profile skeletons and general stuff like that.

You need not worry about the Roleplay section. Maddy has it under her wing. I believe she has experience in guilds and roleplay so I trust and believe in what she says. If there is anything regarding Roleplays just ask her : D

hehe i guess i shall work on the Phantomhive mansion. no need to worry about stuff to- i own 2 guilds that rp, so i know where to put stuff, and i have been rping over 7 years XP
