Sex: Female
History:Chi was an orphan after her parents were killed in a plane crash in Shinjuku. Before the crash she was a happier child living with her mother,older brother Kaji and father. As a kid, she was left to her own devices after being tormented in school.
She was kicked, pushed and teased constantly by the other students and everyone else around her. She soon learned to hate humans for their callousness and weakness.Chi began to look to the sky for answers. She thought that maybe one day, she could fly to the moon and escape all the pain that surrounded her. Her father left when she was a child and rarely visited and her mother worked so she was alone day after day.
On her 7th birthday, her mother and father we're to meet on an outing for the day in order to discuss the custody of their daughter. They were on 31st street in Shinjuku arguing amongst themselves when a large shadow loomed overhead. A jet, expected to land in Tokyo airport roared down and exploded after dual engine failure. Two thousand were deemed injured and five hundred people were found dead, including her parents. She was left After being left alone for so long, she raised herself and became obseesed with flight and the vast sky above. Since then, she's yearned to reach the sky that claimed her parent's lives and own it.

Techniques:Chi's techniques are made for power and speed. The techniques that Chi employs require top speed and balance. Her style/techniques are based on jumps and shifting the body's center of gravity in order to acheive distance. Some tricks are
Moonride 360: Chi jumps into the air and turns into a backflip while grabbing both legs. Then, Chi shifts her center of gravity in order to move in a long, crescent like arc and lands.
Skywalk to Method Air: Chi skates rapidly up a wall or building and jumps upon reaching the top. While in mid-air, Chi switches to grabs her legs and spins into a method air.
Nightshift 720: Using as much strength as possible, Chi dashes in front of her opponent then circles them, skating backwards until disappearing behind them and landing a blow.
Star Reach:Chi skates between two buildings or large structures and jumps in between them until she reaches the top. Then she kicks into the air with both legs and flips with an outstetched arm that can be used for a punch.

Only 2 things I see needed and 2 things that would held.
1. Needed: A bit more description on the Techniques. It really helps people understand,(And I am glad you pit in tricks.)
2. Needed: Apply your Road in the roads section. Follow the example of the Void road.
3. Could help: A bit more description in your history. I like what you have, but you could expand on it a bit more and flesh it out.
4. Could help: Your description of how she looks could be a bit more detailed and a picture that resembles her would be nice to(Not required though.) Also remember, you don't have to put that she s always wearing the same thing, (I also don't suggest it.) Wearing s type of clothing, or having some specific way of dress leaves room for you to describe it on entry posts.(Always adds to the fun.)
Beyond that, Approved. (I will edit this to make it look nicer once you have finished.)
