This game is a kinda funny one it goes a lil like this,
EG. Fallen: you get attacked by a random dog on the street
Dean: turns out that dog had rabies and infected you
Fallen: you also are in a forein country and the only sentence you know is asking for the toilets so you bleeding on the ground yelling for someone to tell you where the toilets are
ECT.
So basicly you just have to make what the other person said worse and worser and worser-ist, Ect. Ect. Ect.

Turns out people were swinging a paint can around with there arm and it opened up a worm hole to another dimension , which was right were you landed.

Then when you get to it's room you see a window , you run for the window jumping out breaking it , times slows down and your in mid-air MATRIX STYLE you hang there for 5 seconds the screen moving around you.
You land, then find yourself in MARIO KART DS GAME!

Then Browser started shooting turtles at you and you crash , you had no seat belt on and fly over to A STACK OF PANCAKES AND MAPLE SYRUP landing in mustard.

Then it starts rain BBQ sauce, you start running but trip on some thing and fall into a gaint hotdog bun with no way to escape
