Located in a large square of the Middle Ring, the Earthbending Military Academy is a training center for both new and old troops. It has a large area capable of holding many, many sparring matches at a time. Although the Academy isn't nearly as close to the size of the Royal Palace, it is still most likely the second largest building in the city at the present.
