As I have now learned Monk Hirako intends to go on a search to find this Avatar. His plans I assume is to fly to the Southern Water Tribe, because it's closer, and it's something I would do.
After which you will find that there was only 1 waterbender, who is untrained even in her own element. But, is currently on her way to the North to learn(via flying Fire Bender).
No doubt the Fire Bender wanted to stop in Omashu for a bit first, and will then continue to the Northern tribe.
Hirako will learn where they are, and will in part become Zuko, and chase after the Avatar(Not Evil).
However once Hirako is gone, Kyramishu will become the role of the blue Spirit(Not literally, just in part) a masked bandit. This bandit will be known as Pein, which the world has heard of, but the only ones to have ever seen him, and hear his name perished.
But now Pein will rise to eliminate the threats of War, and by doing so will start a war of his own. Because Pein believes the only way Everlasting Peace can be gained, is if the world suffers great Tragedy.

True I have a Name and similar Ideas, but other than that it is different...Just not on Paper. And yes, just about the entire Pein Profile was based off him, the only difference is his appearence...And he obviously doesn't have the Renningan.

It's a reference to the fact Viz hunts down and brutally murde-er, has ANYTHING not made directly by them removed from the internet..well, except fansubs. I mean stuff that has been modified. Like abridged series or fanmagnas.

It's gotten to that point, I agree.. but change the "Pein" person his motive and everything. I know he doesn't have the Rinnengan and what not but still.
Make him be ambitious in trying to start a war between the countries so he can get what he wants, not just makeshift peace, cause right now there is peace... P: let him have an awesome background story that gives him the drive to do such a thing that doesn't revolve around war. Start building the character himself then branch to his schemes
