 The Upper Ring is home to wealthy government officials, nobles, government officials, and other important citizens. They are protected by the Dai Li, the 'personal' guards of the people living here. Many of the houses are more like large estates, and are very beautiful. Specially imported food and drink are sent to personal chefs in each house, and servants go out to the Middle Ring to buy goods, so only extremely lavish shops of silk clothing and expensive jewelry can be found here.Quote: As the richest of the three rings, the Upper Ring contains the city's upper class population, as well as military and government officials. The Royal Palace is located in the center of the Upper Ring, within its own walls. Obviously, Upper Ring Citizens are free to go wherever they please within Ba Sing Se, although it is best that they be careful when traveling to the Lower Ring as they may be the target of a crime.

Nao Mura was Gliding through the Upper Ring. She sighed because it would be beautiful to live here. She snapped shut her glider and used it to slice the air. Nao then flipped and landed on the ground. She then used an air spout to lift her into the air. At first she wobbled, but then regained balance. She took a moment to admire her work, but then she fell when she lost concentration. "Darn it. I guess I have to work on that a bit more. I'm still a low master." She told herself. She stood up and staggered. Nao noticed a big bruise forming near her ankle. I must have hit something... She thought to herself.

Luo Agagisan ran up to Nao, waving his hands and shouting. He stopped when he got close enough for them to talk. He was still in full armor, a sword tied to his waist and a pipa tied to his back. "'Sup? I've been appointed an adviser to the Earth Queen and Ambassador From the Fire Nation." He glanced at her expression and bruise. "Um, are you okay, Nao?" He dug into his pocket for some medicine or bandages, but found none. "Anyway, we have a new mansion here, so we should go check it out as son as possible." Nao didn't seem to be in a good mood, so he tried to cheer her up.

Nao Mura stood up. "I'm fine." She said. "So we're really living in the 3 ring now? Thats to cool!" She said. Nao glanced at her foot, and then back at Luo. She spotted her glider on the ground a few feet away, and went to pick it up. "So your an ambassador now?" She asked. She began looking around at the houses wondering where the would be staying.

Luo nodded and helped Nao pick up the glider. "Well, something like that. I work for the Earth Queen now..." He directed Nao to a mansion while reading from a piece of paper. "Let's see... this seems to be the address." The house was a relatively small one compared to the vast mansions beside it. It was one-story green building with Luo Agagisan's name written in calligraphy on the board hanging above the door. Luo entered the house and was immediately surrounded by beautiful courtesans dressed in suggestive clothing and makeup. The courtesans chattered and pulled on him admiringly. "A little help here, Nao?"

In a second, the courtesans backed off of Luo. Kikio stood in the doorway and gave them all a cold stare. She smiled though at Luo and Nao, "Hey guys."

Luo frowned slightly as Kikio appeared but suppressed it as he turned to face Kikio. "I was just having a little fun... nothing much here, what about you? I was just getting settled in..." He thought Kikio was acting too motherly these days. He sighed, walking away and letting the maids take off his armor and weapons. He was able to play royalty without having a minute of practice in his entire life.

Kikio laughed softly, "If you want to have your fun, I'll leave." She replied and shrugged, "I got bored...and since i couldn't find Jet to hang out with, I went to find you."

Ria came in, and put Lucy to bed in the ursery. "Hey Kikio! tomarrow I'm going to a spa, with kailee, want to come?" she asked.

Luo Agagisan was about to go to his room when he heard Kikio say she wanted to hang out with him. His eyes widened and his face turned red. "Um... sure. I guess we could hang out... I mean, there's nothing else to do. Want to go somewhere or something? Somewhere you'd like to see or eat at..." He reached for the cash in his pocket. A date? How does this work...? Ugh...

Nao Mura looked at all the people who had come. She was still quite new to the group, and she felt that she didn't belong. She turned around and snapped open her glider. She walked outside and when she was about to take off she heard a crash from the house across from them. She heard some yelling about a broken dinner plate, and Nao rolled her eyes. Nao took off with her glider swirling around the house for a few moments before she flew in the direction of the middle circle. She wasn't going there, but she decided to land on the wall separating them. She closed her glider before she landed, and fell on the wall with a thud. Nao sighed. "I really have to work on my landing." She muttered under her breath. She sat down and over looked the city. It was beautiful, and very big. Nao took a deep breath and thought about the past couple of days. She wondered if she would ever fit in. No one seemed to pay attention to her very much.

Kikio grabbed his hand and smiled, "Maybe a nice restaurant or something...I don't really know many places in this city." She blushed slightly but her black hair covered it up so it wasn't noticeable.
