My family is having a gathering in another state this weekend and I'd like to have a panic attack free weekend.
Also, there is a string of thunderstorms coming through and it's driving me bonkers. I'm terrified of them and the possibility of a tornado... MEEP!

Hello Sister. I know we don't know each other but I know what panic attacks are like all too well. I've been fighting them for years.It's all I can do to leave my house most days. The mere thought of going to a store, well I don't have to tell you. Needless to say I will be praying for you. I am so sorry and empathetic.

New problem with the panic attacks:
I've acquired an obsession with appendicitis... I freak if my side hurts in any way and when I get worried, I get sick to my stomach, which pushes me into a vicious cycle where I worry, get sick, worry some more, get sicker... etc.
Yeah... It's cost me hours of sleep when I really, really, really need it. And this weekend, I'm hoping to go to a Medieval Fair with my aunt, uncle-to-be, brothers, and my older brother's girlfriend... I just don't want to freak. gonk
