I figured I might as well make this because of three reasons:
One: No one else has made this yet.
Two: However much Nintendo has screwed with the series, generations one and two still deserve to be immortalized and venerated over and over and over.
Three: I'm bored.

HeartGold is pretty nuts. <3 Definitely glad they remade the 2nd generation.
Am I the only one who misses the secret bases and the diving? :/

No you are not. 3'rd gen was still pretty awesome but it had a couple of shortcomings. For example, WHAT THE ******** IS WITH THE FLYING VALENTINE!!! That's the only one I can think of at the moment, I might come back with more or never bother.

That'd be the one.
No matter how nostalgic first gen is, second gen will always be immortalized in my mind. Typhosion must be the god of all starters.
Third gen was oki yet I thought they were stretching the series too far, but then I saw fourth gen.
Anyone hear any more news on fifth gen besides the fact 90% of everyone is gonna be choosing the grass starter?

Typhlosion is pretty much the best mothereffin' starter. Hands down.
Ugh, don't even get me started on fourth gen. After third, the series pretty much went downhill.
rofl Haha, no news, but you're right about that. The grass starter is the only one that doesn't look THAT retarded, though it does remind me of Treecko. Which is why I'm choosing it. Along with the fact that it's the least retarded-looking.

...********' hell.... All I could think of when Typhlosion came onto the scene in crystal was "Don't stop me now! I'm having such a good time. I'm having a ball. Don't stop me now! If you wanna have a good time, just give a call!" cool

I'm actually really excited about the fifth generation game. From what I've seen I'm going to pick the water starter for two reasons. It's friggin' adorable and I usually pick the water starters.
The only starter I picked that wasn't water type was Cyndaquil and that's only because it blew the other two starters away in cuteness factor. And I totally agree with y'all, Typhlosion is a completely badass pokemon.

Never cared too much for Nidoking. :/ Or any poison pokemon, for that matter.
Btw, Creep, you show up on google. :3
