In the volcano many wild reptilian creatures roam and make homes. These creatures have tough skin to cope with the heat and don't go down very easily. A few are even vicious enough to attack out of the blue. One of the fabled monsters the lava worm also lives at this level of the volcano. No one has ever traveled deeper and live so therefore it is assumed some stronger creatures dwell withing the depths of the fiery hell that is a volcano.

Kurei walked nearer to the volcano's pit."Hm..this is where I'll test my endurance."

Kurei nodded,and entered the volcano.Just by standing at the entrance,he could already feel the heat."Hm..this heat,must be an illusion.If I succumb to it,I might lose."
He entered,and was ready to face any danger.Armed with his pitchfork,he entered deeper."Eep..a lizard.."
A demon, on all fours and have a lizard-tail,slowly made its way to Kurei.
"Urgh..look at his tongue.."

"Come on you can take him....just be careful of his tail it's fast," He said walking down in a little more.

"The tail huh..But if I aim at the tail, that long tongue might do something to me.."
The demon swung its tail at Kurei, who managed to jumped,and swerved to his right.But the demon's tongue attacked him.
Using his pitchfork to shield him,Kurei managed to avoid the demon's second attack again.
"Hmph, this is hard.This demon is fast,with its tail..But I better stop its tongue first. I release thee, light's unsheathed blade!"
A blast of light from Kurei's weapon attacked the demon's tongue,which burnt.
"Now,the tail!"
But as he made his way to the tail, the demon's tongue melted,producing poison gas."Eeww.."

As the firt demon lost its tongue a nearby one jumped at Kurei. Jumping up and swing his foot, Matt hit it on the head sending it crashing to the ground. "Yeah its not good....be on your toes!"

Kurei nodded,and charged towards the demon,his victim.
"Now I got you!"
As it swung its tail again,Kurei jumped and midair,he chanted with his weapon pointed towards the demon,"I call thee, sisters of explosion!"
Blasts of fire balls attacked continously at tghe demon,till it fell down,dead.
Kurei stared at it and bowed a little."Thanks for the fight."
He then walked deeper,into the rather dark and warm place.
"I got a bad feeling.."

Watching with mild intrest Matt noticed something odd about the peace of this place. Following slowly he kept about his guard not wanting to hit trouble of any kind. It made his stomach uneasy, that is the amount of gas in this volcano.

Kurei frowned, as he have already trouble breathing.Its either the gas, or the heat.
He stopped and looked around,"Not much...Hm,what's this?"
Kurei stepped forward,to a large rock."What's this rock doing in the volcano."
And since there are something written on the rock, he stepped forward but as he lifted his hand, the rock moved,and stood up, revealing another monster.It growled, as if angry at Kurei for disturbing his sleep.
"No way..Another one!"
It swung its rock fist at Kurei, who even though managed to dodged it, but the strong wind caused by the swing made Kurei fell backwards,hitting another rock.

Standing up immediately, Kurei's elemental weapon turned into a blazing sword. It transformed due to his inner energy. With a single swing of it, Kurei managed to break the enemy into pieces.
Not without difficult, the sword changed back into an ordinary flute, its energy quickly diminished.
Kurei smiled at his own accomplishment. With that, he moved on, hoping to learn how to let his power stay on longer.
