.... here are some possibilities of why you may not be able to access a tank while it's glowing:

1. You aren't using Firefox browser or you haven't been updating it.
2. You may need to update JavaScript and/or your Flash Player.

If everything is okay with Firefox, JavaScript & Flash, try clicking on the link above the tank that says "Direct Link to Tank". Of course not all tank owners have one posted above their tanks, but they should, because I'm hearing that many people can't play without one.
