Fire Fountain City is a large, industrial city located in the Fire Nation. It is named for the large, fire-breathing statue of Fire Lord Ozai in its center. It is located on one of the many islands in the eastern half of the Fire Nation.
The city is one of the many industrial towns in the Fire Nation that supports the war effort. Many factories are located in the city, and pollution is extensive. The city is a working class town with very seedy elements. It is considered unsafe to walk around Fire Fountain City at night, so most citizens stay indoors.

The small unmarked Fire Nation slowly pulled into the port. It's anchor dropped into the water as Kikio looked out at the city. "Fire Fountain City..."

Colonel Luo Agagisan, going by the name Tang Huo, stood at the bow of the boat and squinted at his hometown, Fire Fountain City. The first things he noticed were the rows of red-roofed wooden houses and the large fire fountain shaped like Fire Lord Ozai. A tear rolled down his cheek as he remembered the many good times he spent here.
"Kikio... is it alright if I visit my family here first? They might be able to supply us with tools..."

"Of course." She smiled, "Why would I say no?" Night flew out over the city as she walked off the boat.

Jet walks out with his mask up over his face. " hey kikio i'm gonna go look around the city K?" Jet called as he walked off the boat.

Colonel Luo Agagisan nodded and walked by rows of houses. Along the wall, he saw wanted posters of him, Kikio, and Prince Jet. Luo's wanted poster read, "緝拿-羅 嘠吉鏾." He tore the three wanted posters down and ripped them in pieces. As he walked along, he saw a familiar dwelling and knocked. A young boy peeked through the door. "Agagisan?" He pushed the door open and hugged Luo.
"It's been a long time, Sangjinu," Luo Agagisan said as he hugged his little brother.

Kikio nodded, "Sure." She sat down on the sands on a nearby beach. She sighed softly, now she started to feel sad. She missed her family dearly. Her older brothers, little sister, and mother were the only things on her mind.

Jet was running over the rooftops of the buildings in fire fountain city. " hmm I finnaly get to go out and visit my kingdom and all it took was my father to die and me to be hunted by a crazed fire lord." Jet said with a sigh. I miss dad and Kaori, but i'm gonna take back the throne, make sure the fire nation is safe, it's what father would have wanted.

A few minutes later, a smiling Colonel Luo Agagisan came back carrying a large suitcase. "Hello, Kikio. My family packed some stuff for me." He sat down on the sand and opened the suitcase. Digging through the clothes, he found four boxed lunches and handed one to Kikio. "Aren't you starving?" He opened his own lunchbox and found roasted duck, komodo sausage, and ash banana bread over rice. He took a pair of chopsticks and started eating.

She looked up and grabbed the boxed lunch, "...Not really...but thanks." She took it and slowly began eating, looking out over the water. "How was your time with your family?" Kikio asked, glancing over at Luo.

Luo shrugged. "You know, the usual. We hugged, we laughed, we prayed. I was hoping you and Jet would meet them. You know, my brother and cousin have never seen the Fire Prince or a Royal Guard in person before." He looked up, glancing at the ship. "Speaking of which, where is Prince Jet?"

"He went to explore the city." She said, taking a bite of the food. It was actually quite good. "They never saw a Royal Guard member before?" She smiled slightly, "Why not have today be their first day then?"

Luo stopped eating his rice and stared at Kikio in disbelief. "Do you know what happens when we let Prince Jet out of our sight? He may be a powerful Firebender but he is a disaster when it comes to stealth! What were you thinking, letting him go without someone to protect him? Thousands of bounty hunters in the Fire Nation are after him!" He set his box down and ran to get his sword. "I'll go look for him."

"I am perfectly aware of that Luo!" Kikio snapped, "We cannot baby him!" She put the box down and glared at him slightly, reaching into her jacket and pulled out something. It burst into a large puff of smoke and when it cleared, she was gone. She then appeared behind Prince Jet, "Hey there." She smiled slightly.

Colonel Luo rubbed his forehead. He was getting a slight headache from all this work. Abandoning his armor, Luo Agagisan ran through the streets to where Kikio and Prince Jet were, at Fire Fountain City's Fire Fountain Square. He breathed heavily as he stopped running. "Jeez, don't wander far next time. Come on, let's get back to the boat."
"I'm afraid that won't be happening," a voice said. A group of Fire Nation domestic soldiers surrounded them. "Surrender now!"
