Forest Grounds
The forest has an ominous feeling to it. In places, the air seems to grow suddenly warm or cold, sending chills down your spin either way. Maybe wandering it isn't such a good idea.

Jack walked steadily through the thick forest knowing what lurks with in the branches of the trees. He kept his eye's bouncing from tree to tree as he walked making sure that he wasn't being watched. Or at least not stalked. He only came this way because it was the fastest way to his home. It had been so long sense he had been there he wondered if it was still standing. He looked behind himself for split second to check for any unwanted company. Nothing but the dark shadow of the trees and the green growth of the forest floor. He turned back to look were he was going. He stopped in his tracks. Something was there. "Who's there?" He called into the darkness. Three large shapes dropped into the shadows from the hanging trees above.

Jacob Orvwitz The wolf moved silently and stealthily through the trees, two of his best wolves flanking him on either side. He could smell prey, flesh blood to feed his pack. His black form was shrouded by the shadows as he closed in on the walker. He could already smell the blood beneath his skin and it made his heart race with excitement. The two wolves flanking him suddenly turned away from him and moved to head off the prey, though Jacob kept his distance. It was time for him to move in, yet.

"Great, the first day back and I'm already making new friends." He whispered to himself. He drew his pistol from his holster and clicked off the safety. He kept walking but now at a slower pace so he could hear for movement. "Where are you?..." He whispered again. He looked to his left and then to his right. He was wishing he had his fathers sense of smell right now. Then maybe he would know what was after him.

Jacob Orvwitz One of the wolves snarled near the man, trying to draw his attention away from the Alpha at the center. Then, the other wolf heading in the other direction. With their otherwise silent movements, it would seem there was only one wolf, working very quickly. The Jacob slowly closed in, lurking in the shadows of the grass around him. He would wait for the perfect moment to strike.

He darted his head towards the sound of the snarl and then again to the other."He's toying with me..." He thought to himself. He slowly cocked his pistol pulling the bolt back till he heard a slight click come from it. He then slowly and gently allowed the bolt to slide back so that it would make as little noise as possible. He was nearing the edge of the forest. Whatever it was was going to make it's move soon and Jack wanted to be ready.
He moved his hand towards his back pocket.

Jacob Orvwitz Jacob silently let himself fall into a crouch, readying himself for a pounce. His prey was growing far too close to the treeline, a boundry he'd never cross, so he had to act quickly. Suddenly, he leapt from his hiding spot, just as his two pack members darted in for another distraction. Jacob parted his jaws and maneuvered toward his prey's shoulder, ready to grasp his flesh with his death grip. As he grew closer to the prey's back, the two wolves on the ground aimed their own jaws for his legs, where they'd pull him to his back and drag him a ways, back into the safety of the forest.

The moment of truth. He heard the movement of come from behind disrupting the air. It was time to test what he had learned in the past 10 years. "Here goes nothing!" He thought to himself as he lounged forward while spinning his back towards the ground bring his pistol up to shoot and releasing three bolts from his gun all directed at the same target. He slammed to the grown back first sliding a bit and then rolling of his back into a kneeling position. He quickly slapped his empty left hand to the ground and yelled, "Gon! Andram! Rom!" A wall about five by five feet sprung up from the ground in front of him.

Jacob Orvwitz Jacob yelped in pain as the bullets pierced his flesh adn sent him backwards, barely landing on his feet. He'd caught where the man had landed and had already lost interest before he'd thrown that wall up out of thin air. He left, moving as quickly as possibly back to where he came from, his two pack mates following close behind. Jacob would survive, but he'd be in pain for some time before his wounds healed over quickly. For wounding their Alpha, the pack would always keep that man's scent and would hunt him whenever he stepped beyond the treeline boundary.

Jack took a deep breath and picked himself up. He wasted no time in exiting the forest and into the clearing. He could see his home now. He signed in relief. "Finally home." He made his way across the front lawn towards the front door.

★Blood Fur★ Sunai sat down on the forest floor, she licked her paws, being a fox was sometimes fun, she had natural instincts. Sunai stood up and stretched, she looked around and blinked, she sat back down. Sunai slowly and sadly decided to go for a walk around the woods, she didn't like to very often. Sunai started to trot around, she smelled the air every now and then and just kept trotting on.

Jacob Orvwitz The large white wolf watched his pray from the shadows, remaining completely and utterly still. He was surprised to see that another had wandered into his territory, but was pleased, nonetheless. His canine chops seemed to curl upward, forming a sort of smile as he plotted the prey's demise. Slowly and silently, he crept forward; even with his few wounds, he was able to be stealthy. He was alone, this time, certain that he'd be able to handle the small prey alone.

★Blood Fur★ Sunai stopped to smell the air, she smelt danger and she knew she had to get away fast. Sunai started to run, not at her top speed but it was still pretty fast. Being a Blood Fur was very interesting sometimes, she was flying past other small animals and dodging trees trying to get away from the predator that was chasing her.

Jacob Orvwitz The wolf growled, his body still too broken to run after his catch. Indeed, he wanted it badly, but he couldn't handle something that was as fast as he, at the moment. Disappointed, he turned tail and stealthed off to another location, hoping for a more promising meal.[[ OOC: Sorry for post lameness. >> Shore doesn't really have any NPCs and forest only has the wolves. xD xxxxxxxxAlso~ If I suddenly disappear, it's because the power went out. >> I'm in Louisiana and they're talking about it hailing... o.O ]]

★Blood Fur★ Sunai stopped running, she laid down on the ground, she turned back into a human, she coughed. Sunai curled into a ball, she closed her eyes. Today was horrible. Sunai just stayed there. She shivered, there was a cold breeze blowing through the forest.
