Okay, I recently heard a hypothetical situation and I wonder what everyone's choice would be or what everyone's opinion is.
Suppose you see a vehicle like a train or trolley that is out of control, and there are 10 people aboard it who will die unless you switch the track. The problem is that there is a person on the only other track, meaning that if you do switch the track and save the 10 people that it will still cause the death of one person.
So what would you do?
Is it immoral to be responsible for a person's death even if it saves other lives? Or is it immoral to sit back and watch people die when you could save them?
