I don't believe dark hell vampire is dead, because I never took his soul anywhere. If he doesn't have a soul, then that means he is "legally dead" in Shinigami terms.

Every Shinigami or God of Death can see souls, no matter who or what it is. If his soul has been in the harvest, then it will be difficult to revive him. In order to restore a life, you have to give something of equal value to a God of Death.

Ah I see, you're a "special one", as is dark hell vampire. I hate "special cases" since it takes too long to figure out the problems and they're always annoying, just like cats and the Undead and all the things that have more than one life to live.
