Perrow Thomas

Perrow awoke that morning (4am in the morning!) and prepared to do his chores. Then he stopped. He would be going to his first day training as a Cyber Warrior today! He had almost forgotten. He would be living at the housing complex there for about a month so it would be a while before he would see his family again.

Perrow was excited though. Being a Cyber Warrior was a huge responsibility but he could take it. He was top in his class at the tech school and they had already done CW training there. He even had his very own custom made CW transferred to the White Owl base. He was going to be the best. It would be a long road but he would put his first few steps down it today!

Perrow Thomas

Perrow decided to go ahead and pack his bag since he was already awake. His parents and little sister would most likely be up already preparing breakfast. Kisa normally slept in but she was 3 so her sleepy habits where far from written in stone. He yawned as he started throwing things into a suitcase that had been passed down though his family trough the generations. He had not wanted to take something so valuable but his father had insisted. The suitcase was very old but extremely sturdy. It had been around since the war before the dome's had even been created. It was beaten up but it still got the job done.

He put most of his Tech Books in the suitcase as well as some of his favorite books from the past. He had a large Library at his disposal but he knew that the base had a book store and library so he didn't bring to much.

He put on his jacket. Double checked that the military recruitment papers where in its pocket. And headed down stairs. It was close to 5 now. Perrow had been rereading one of the many books he had about Cyber Warriors to pass the time. He was right. Both his mother and father had prepared an enormous send off breakfast. With waffles and eggs and bacon. They normally ate big breakfasts however. This one might just have looked grand because of what it represented.

His mother smiled at him as he sat down at the table. They had said there goodbyes last night so this was just going to be a normal breakfast. His parents didn't want him to be gloomy and longing for home as he left. They wanted him to look back on this moment for inspiration when he was lonely.

He eat and smiled and laughed as they ate there way through the grand meal and towards 6. He would need to be at the base by 7 so he would need to leave now. His parents both stood up and hugged him as he made his way out of the door.

"I'll be back in a month" he told them both grinning. And with that he headed out the door and into his future as a Cyber Warrior.
