Yes he is, he's very open about it. I can't really give you any specific video of when he says it, but I know some people interviewing him have pointed it out, sorry honey.

I also don't know, He hasn't really announced that he is or that he is completely not, so we don't know for sure, I think no one ever asked him personally if he was ever since he started in glee or he just keeps it secret within his family and glee friends. In his facebook, some person asked him through commenting but another person commented back at that person by saying "Chris' sexuality is none of your business" so lots of people is still a fan whether or not he is.

Yes, he is gay. He came out officially on a Chelsea Handler interview, and he said "Prior to coming out, my answer to that question was 'I'm as straight as every other actor in Hollywood.'" I think also Jane Lynch said something about his sexuality when she came out as lesbian and got married. I don't know for sure, though.
But people need to stop being in denial about his sexuality. Just because he said he's in love with Kristin Chenoweth doesn't mean he's straight. He likes her a lot because she's really talented and he loves Wicked. I think he's allowed to be gay, it's a free country.
