I need a jury to help me judge videos for Top Top, a list of the top amvs, animashes, commercials etc. I also need someone to design a banner for the siggy to advertise.
We can come to an agreement on pay I'm willing to compromise.

Well, something that resembles what Top Top is about. Which is the top videos, mostly amv's.
