Streets are widespread, wrapped around almost every building in this big city, so this is the main way to travel, no matter if you take a car, a bus or cab, or you just walk, it doesn't matter, they all seem to go the same speed.
H.A.V.E.N put's a diligent effort in maintaining peace throughout the streets of Big Apple, because streets pretty much take up all of the island, aside from the buildings themselves. In the street's it's everybody's game, Civilians, paranormal, and all the organizations alike.
