I know what you're thinking. Shouldn't a secret organization be a little more subtle in their location. Like an underground fortress or some sort of far away island or underwater base. And to that I can only repeat myself, we're not the Men In Black, we're an organization that deals with keeping normality on Earth, not keeping space aliens out of troubles and protocols. This is our base of operations.
A large 50 story building surrounded by brick and barbed with wire. you need to make a few turns down a few alleys before making it to the entrance though, and It blends in so nicely with the rest of Big Apple's buildings no one suspects it to be anything different than a place of business, aside from the added security around the building. Extra cameras and whatnot, fingerprint and eye resignation upon entry. Yes, we also have metal detectors, but it also detects more than just metal. It detects paranormal level, by that I mean physical appearances or unnatural occurrences in the body that are out of the norm of a regular human being.
The building's interior is contrast with its rough exterior. Almost all of the rooms are white, aside from the occasional dark rooms for specific staff members who have customized their new living spaces. The paranormal members of H.A.V.E.N have room expenses so that they don't have to reveal their unnatural appearances or abilities to the world. We make sure they are treated well, aside from captured convicts.
This place is highly secure and covertly hidden so that only members of H.A.V.E.N can detect it. So far, the Black Occult haven't even been in an eyes view of this place so its safe to say that our secret is safe...for now.
