Background & Personality: Selgrette lived with her parents in Russia, but quickly disinherited her family, blaming them as weak and close-minded. She found peace in the wild outdoors of Russia, and slowly learned from the nature that surrounded her, although lurked near dead bodies of animals and decaying stone of graveyards. Fascinated by life’s endings, she committed to training as a psychopomp, a ferrier of souls at torment and helped them pass them on in the Great Spirit. From there, darker arts were explored and she ventured out to learn more about these techniques and mastering them. Her activity was not unheard of. Citizens of the neighbourhood noticed the young, five year old girl practising odd rituals, muttering. Work came to the priests and they located her, took her in, and further trained her in depth. There, she met her present partner, a vampire, and continued training on. Both wanted to become as powerful as they could to support each other, and grew to only trust very little. They traveled the world, meeting new spirits and helping each graveyard they came upon. Until one day, they spotted the Shaman school...
Selgrette’s personality is mostly neutral as to reactions and interaction. Seldom to speak in crowds and mainly observing, she encloses her inner self and all emotions only to her dearest friends and herself. With her friends, she surprisingly expresses gratitude, laughter and care, but never to show these to others. From her past of parent connections and living alone, she dislikes the weak hearted and the annoying. She is very protective of her close friends and thinks of them as her family. Her physical appearance tricks many in shamanic challenges, and has come to use this as an advantage.
