I wanted to punch the mayor in teh face every time I saw him. I have to say it is him that is the most annoying. If not him, then Bittercup from Big town. She always comes up to me with useless s**t after I smooth talked her wink

Hmmm, the mayor is pretty bad, it always annoyed me that you can't kill kids. If I can't kill them why are they there? Though probably my most hated of NPCs is Tenpenny. I hate that guy. He's old, ugly and I love the way his head soars off the tower when you blow it off with an assault rifle.
signed second most hated is that Doctor guy who sells things, connected to Canturbery commons, I always forget his name because I always kill him.

No one has ever bugged me more that Moira Brown. Something about her voice just drives me up a wall. The Mayor and Skippy were bad, of the two I would say Skippy was the most annoying, but I always considered Moira to be way worse.

Out of sticky and Mcready; Mcready, because you cant kill him, to get rid of his annoyingness. Stickys annoying too but at least you can get rid of him...
