Dreichda is hiring some colorists! As a colorist here, you are expected to balance breedings customs sales and events. We of course like people willing to do primarily breedings though, so that is acceptable as well.
Colorists benefits will include:
-100% profit of what you make goes to you- RL commission rules are still being discussed though.
-Free Dreichda when your work is caught up
-Holding your own events for distributing Dreichda.
However, there are a couple of rules you will have to follow:
-Must complete all breedings and customs within a month of holding them- customs not completed in the complete timeframe will be reduced in price.
-You cannot do bribes until you have made a strong effort here in the shop.
-If you apply, you are expected to work. No disappearing for months and then coming back to leave. Let us know if youre going to be missing, we wont hold it against you.
-Colorists who fall behind on their work will be put on a workload probation until they are caught up.
-If there is a certain procedure behind running breedings/customs (ie, the breeding tracking list) you will need to do these. Typically a very quick, painless part of the process.
-You must cert all your work.
-Dreichda colorists must be able to use and work in photoshop.
About Breedings:
-Breedings produce 2-4 eggs, 1 for same sex couples, and possibly more for rped couples.
-Children can be made up of any mixture of the parents' traits, so long as its well distributed. If you have trouble choosing, you can set up a thread for rolling features.
-You must be able to complete the entire breeding before the end of the month.
General Aesthetics:
-We prefer our lineart colored, on certs and uncerts, but not in all cases.
-Shading style should be soft shaded, but a mix is acceptable if executed well.
-Edits are expected to match the quality of the current colorists. The hiring lines are not the same as the shop lines, but we expect to see the extra effort.

-Be original! No cosplays please. Ocs are alright =]
-You must color at least one breeding offspring and at least one original Dreichda. We encourage you to do as many more as youd like!
-You may edit your post with new entries whenever youd like until the hiring is over.
