Nira sighed as she sat in her room. It was littered with different outfits each designed to show off her lovelies and curves. Her mirror was covered in powder as the vanity below was littered with her make up and crumpled papers. She was glad the glass was opaque for her privacy but it didn't let her see the outter world. Her bottle had been lulling against the theif's belt for nearly two days before finally being set down. He hadn't let her out since the first day and she was bored. With a capital B...bored. She looked to her phone by her bed and decided to call Heta again. Maybe she could cure her boredom.
Heta glared at the phone. She tried to ignore it, going back to her book. If Nira was still bored after five minutes it wasn't her fault. She had offered her books but she wouldn't take them. While her room was still messy it held books and scrolls everywhere instead of clothing. All of that was piled in a messy heap in her closet. Her vanity was clean of most make up but pictures of different hairstyles littered her mirror. She picked up and hung up the phone as she went back to the book. "Humans really are dim to believe this garbage," she said with a sigh, placing the Bible on the nightstand.

Shade sat in the barely lit room, awaiting his turn of selection. Many had gone in and out of the other room. Some holding small bottles, others holding their new possessions in chains and shackles, and some even in bags. He could have easily killed each master to claim first pick, but he was too tired from chasing skirts the previous night.

Juliet sat, frustrated that she was here. She already missed the sound of the waves and the dolphin and whale calls. She started wondering why this world was so cruel

Shade tapped his finger impatiently as the receptionist finally called his name. He stood up, hands in pocket, and swung toward the door. He slouched in. He found himself staring down a hallway, with many doors. A man stood by the doorway, grinning at Shade. He wore a wore brown leather jacket, and hid his eyes under his paperboy shaped cap.
"What type you lookin' for?"
Shade's face remained emotionless as he spoke.
"Innocence or challenging. Vulnerability can be optional." he spoke, as if it were nothing.

She glanced down the hall and noticed that there was another master. Greeat another one. She thought leaning back into the shadows not wanting to be seen by anyone or anything. She took a deep breath. She closed her eyes and relaxed for the short time she had.

The man leaning against the wall smirked, and leaned forward.
"Oy'. Johnny. Go get the little mermaid and the twins." he leaned forward, and smiled. "Follow me."

Knowing she was the little mermaid she slumped more into the shadows even though she knew she would still be seen.Juliet hugged her knees trying to make herself as small as possible. But she wasn`t going to curl up into a ball. She sighed again and closed her eyes.

The man, preferably known as Johnny, was muscular, with a very bad Irish accent. He slumped towards Juliet, mumbling as he grabbed her arm, then dragging her to another room, and grabbing the small, disformed bottle. He led Juliet into a room with a one-way window, tinted to Juliet. He placed the bottle on the table in the room, and walked out, locking the door behind him.
The man led Shade to the opposite side of the one-way window. Here, the man warily observed Juliet, though she could not tell.
"This is our little mermaid, Juliet. Constantleh' complaining about wanting more water, but otherwise, innocent as innocent can come."
Shade eyed the bottle. The man followed Shade's eyes, and smiled. "Naowh. That's the challenge there. Twins. Genie twins." he looked around the room once, before leaning in close.
"I'll give all 3 of em' to ya for 3 grand." Money was no consequence to Shade. All he knew was that it pleased the human mind. Within a blink of an eye, he conjured the amount within the man's hand. The man smiled, and yelled for Johnny to shackle the mermaid, grab the bottle, and report to the potion lab.

Juliet remained silent and still. She did feel her heart beat fast. Juliet then was put in a room not knowing what was going on and she saw an odd shaped lamp in the room and thought about who was in there going with her.

Shade looked at the man questionably. "The genies follow orders, no questions asked. It's the little mermaid we're worried about. Johnny'll give a shot of a little something, and she'll be the same as the genies." he smirked.

"HEY!" Nira shouted as she felt the bottle being picked up uncerimoniously. She tumbled out of her bed and onto the piles of clothes. She hoped her sister was faring better than her. She got up, trying to find her balance, as the bottle was put on the table. She was back on the ground. Now she was angry. "HEY!" Her voice echoed in her bottle and up neck. She knew she could be heard. "EVER HEAR OF COURTESY?!" She pressed her face against the glass, rubbing a little spot so she could see out of the bottle. It did little good. "WHO DID THAT?"
Heta was under a pile of books that had fallen onto her bed. She looked around, hearing Nira's shouting. She sighed and shook her head as she sat up trying to pick the books off of her. "NIRA!" she said just as loud but her voice softer. "SHUT UP." She had just as unpleasent a ride as her but knew it should be expected. The auctioneers weren't the most gentle of folk when it came to lamps and bottles...well their bottle anyway. She had Nira to thank for that though.

While Johnny was busy with Juliet, the man, who called himself Zeke, brought Shade into the other room. He snatched the bottle from the table, and handed it to Shade.
"Rub eet'." Zeke smirked.
Shade's brow furrowed, as he slightly rubbed his hand against the side of the bottle.

Nira came out first in a puff of dark purple smoke. "AND ANOTHER THING I-" she looked around and a sarcastic look crossed her face. "Bet you're waiting for the genie of the lamp speech huh? You ain't getting it from me," she said rounding to the man named Zeke. "Now. About how you handly my bottle," she began. She grabbed Zeke by the throat.
Heta appeared in a much quieter fashion, the thin stream of pink twisted and snaked around Shade before forming in front of him. "Greetings, oh generous master. What is thy wish?"

Zeke ignored Nira, and swiped his hand across her face, knocking her to the ground. He smiled and looked toward Shade. "Since ya' rubbed it, they're yours. You'll have ta' wait a little longer for the mermaid."
Shade remained silent. Until he had eased around the new servants, he would not show his true character.
