Character History:Setsuko was born in the mountains and inherited his mothers ice magic and his fathers meister skills. He also inherited his family's strange lust for blood...though his isn't that bad...he only craves it if he smells and/or tastes it. due to the dangerous conditions of the place he lived (avalanches) his parents sent him away to shibusen to learn about the world and hone his skills...(and advertize his parents ski resort).
