Quick question: Is there a profile skeleton, or something with which to present people with an idea of what our characters will be like? Or is all of that being improvised as it goes along?

would someone be allowed allowed to rp an exile and if so what skeleton would they need to use(i have an idea for a human exile but i need to know if could do that in an rp)
