Ingredients
500g prawns, de-veined and shelled, tails intact
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 heaped tsp Pad Thai paste
1 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, crushed

Method
1) Pre-heat grill, setting it to a medium heat
2) Combine sweet chilli sauce, Pad Thai paste, lime juice and garlic in a bowl, then add the prawns and mix well.
3) Marinate the prawns for 30 minutes
4) Place the prawns on the grill and cook for 3 minutes each side, basting generously before turning.

Bento Serving: Best to wait for them to cool before putting them in, of course. Goes great tossed through steamed Asian greens.
