As the title states, this will be the announcement page. Much like that of the New Events page, but this will be use for only those that are crew or above.
I will be posting several things in which are needed to help the guild grow.

The concern about inviting people to the guild is now no longer a option. We will no longer be sending invites out to people unless you can give me solid reason for it.
Instead we will either create a thread in the Gaia Guild section in which we recruit members. Or send them a personal message with out a banner or link inside of the message.
I do no feel the desire to invite people and then no longer have them post, so by simply offering them the link and such we can reduce those that don't want to join, by giving them the option themselves.

You are allowed to post your own role-play, along with the rules and take advantage of the character sub-forum where you can post your own sheet. Not ready to post a role-play? Its okay with us, we have a few up and running currently running.
Need help to find a place to leap into a existing role-play? Just ask any of the guild crew that you see active, we are all more then willing get you up to date, and if we need give you a opening to join in.
Are we formal? No. We enjoy some ability to write, but we also don’t turn down those that have talent and just need to improve it. We were all new at this at one point. Often you will find the crew members and the captain in the OOC thread just joking and making comments, while beating each other with rubber chickens and threatening we will blow up their gaia homes… wait that’s just the captain.
Please at any moment you feel free to message the captain with concerns or if you have questions about the guild before joining.
This is important and is the only thing we ask of you to join the guild, read the entire front page of the guild, do not jump the join button so hasty as there is a question written very noticeably on the front page that we would like you to answer. Don’t feel concerned it is not a right or wrong question, just simply put there in order to see who reads the front page.
Remember we choice you due to your ability to write from either Barton Town, or due to you looking for a guild in Gaia Guilds. We choice because we feel you are the best fit within IAL:Beyond Fantasy.

The Job Board
Hokyo Cumen (Captain): Is in charge of accepting all new members to the guild and final discussion on all acts of the guild and arguments which might occur. Other tasks including assigning jobs and deciding on future crew members. Regulating money that is given to the guild and that of members in which are hacked or something of that nature to give them a credit line of ten thousand dollars to get them up and going again any other money will be donated personally if member of the guild is a active member and highly responsive. Also promoting of members, to the crew as the desirable number of Vice Captains has already been obtained; also notifying the guild of new events that are being undertaken.
Yunari (Vice-Captain): Is in control of inactive members, in this aspect she will deal with any member of the guild that has fewer than ten posts. She will also deal with banning members and the reason why that member is being banned. This is the task that has been set to her as it is a difficult one and shows a sign of good judgment.
Bandi138138(Vice-Captain): Bandi will be in charge of all that which involves new members, though it is not him solely that should make new people welcome, that is all of our jobs. He will be in charge of members so that they would feel more comfortable and also dealing with members that are new to the role-playing scheme. As it is said, I wish to ask for help from everyone to help Bandi as he is a very busy member of the guild, but shows a dedicated honor to the guild and its members.
Ghostly Apparition (Crew): Ghost as we have all called him is in charge of the moving of dead threads. This is a simple task, but very important as the thread does not get deleted unless it has not made it past five pages, otherwise it will be moved to the dead thread sub – forum. However as our guild is still based in the original role-play any such thread concerning that of IAL, will be moved to the sub – forum ‘In Another Life Chronicling Project’. Ghost if you need to know how to move threads please contact me.

As many of you can see in the above post, we do have a job board but are missing many jobs, if you feel that there is a position that you would like to offer to the guild, then please inform me and we will discuss it.
We do need people to make the guild grow and as the guild grows we will need people more people to be able to help maintain the guild. So when we have many more people I will offer the chance to the guild for those that are not, to become a crew member.
A job that I had assigned to a older crew member which is no longer with us, I would like all of us to discuss the guild events, such as the Halloween Thread. That is a thread used for that time of the year at which time we offer a chance to be all those that creatures that go bump in the night. Any other events that you might like to see can be placed in the Annual Meeting area.
Last we have the chance to affiliate ourselves with other guilds. If you have a guild and wish to have it shown here, then please contact me, I will gladly put it up as long as we share a chance for both our guilds to get members from the other. Also I am in control of three other guilds, two which I'm willing to part with on the terms that we make affiliates with each other, if you feel that you can control a guild and have any good idea's please message me, and we will discuss.
