There are no rules, and here is the FAQ
Say whatever you want, post anything in the forum, if it gets' crowded we'll clean up. A post that just says hello in the middle of a conversation will be delted just to keep things clean.
post RP's in the subforum, however, there are special rules for that section which you can find in there.

Do I make a thread for my planet in the worlds of RP sub-section, or does a mod?
and of topic...in planet registry on my planet, it says '0 yrs old', you forgot the 3 in 30.
