They were very close, though they think of themselves as brothers. Duncan arrived at the orphanage in his dragon form (baby dragon), so he has always known that he was a dragon. He wants to protect Leoamros and make sure that he is happy. He sometimes seems to be stuck up and stand-offish, but he really is kind. He isn't afraid to stand up for those who are weak or in danger.

He grew up with Duncan and Leoamros but was adopted when he was 12. Why, no one knows since the people that adopted him ignored and abused him. Micah allowed himself to use sex as an escape, which is probably why his relationships all went bad.
