So I remember Fammicommie mentioning buying a new guild, but it looks like his thread is dead and people are still here. So I was wondering.
I'm willing to donate the 20k, since I'm leaving Gaia, but because I'm leaving Gaia, I would like someone else to be the captain of the new guild. Also, I think an actual vegan or vegetarian would be more suited to fill the position of captain. I'm would just be the resident omnivore. xd
So let me know who I should give this to, and how I would be assured that you would spend it on a new guild. biggrin Also, I would still like to be a member of the new guild, for when I come in from time to time.
But if you guys are wanting to keep this guild, let me know. =)

I'd love to join. I was kind of bummed when I joined only to find out that it's inactive due to a loss of captain and crew. sad

Well, as said in the new guild quest thread, I'm living in the city of Hamtramck without a computer (but my roommate and I have an absolutely bumpin' videogame set up!). Anywho, the leadership doesn't really matter to me, so long as the guild is both existent and active. Of course, I'd prefer to see things run collectively and fairly instead of in an authoritarian system with centralized power.

Okie, well, I could always start the guild and just designate a co-captain. It's really up to you guys.
I think I can make more than one co-captain.
But I'll probably make most of you crew.
Unless someone has a better idea? sweatdrop That's all I can come up with.

The best way to run things that I've seen so far is to create the guild, but then transfer the ownership of the guild to a mule account (like VegnCaptain or something). After that, pick a few people that you really trust to be crew members and share the captain account with all of them. More mods can be brought in on an as needed basis.
