I find that I look for really attractive women who think like men. I can't stand the "girly drama" of most women.
Honesty/open-ness i huge for me. If they aren't honest, they're dropped like a rock!

I like guys that never make me bored. (:
I like guys that know how to balance there perverted side with there regular side. biggrin
Mostly guys that can make me laugh. :]
The same with girls... but at first I think of them as friends... after I know shes funny.... and doesnt make me bored I start like likeing her.

I kind of agree with both of the other repliers. Sometimes, I really like a guy who can act like a girl and vice versa. I look for humour, sweetness, and a caring personality-For both sexes. I kind am into geeky guys and shy girls.

Well...
A guy or girl that Isn't too hateful of themselves,
A challenge, someone who worries if I will cheat on them and
where I worry as well because it creates a healthy relationship.
Also, someone who I can have a deep discussion with
and them not be mad at me. Someone who is open-minded
and will listen to what I have to say and share their
points on the subject and then still be able to sleep
in the same bed that night.

Someone who is honest isn't afarid to speak up about there problems. Anyone witty is right up my alley to I love to laugh. Oh and someone who doesn't have their head stuck up their a** ~ noo snobs please :p

What I look for in both girls, and guys, is someone who can make me laugh, and make me happy, even when I'm terribly sad. Someone who is going to take all the bad things about me and leave them unnoticed, someone who will see the good in me. I also look at their maturity, and intellectual level, because im going to want someone who can be funny, but still be serious, and romantic/passionate with me.

My social anxieties make it really easy for me. Whoever DOESN'T freak me out is a potential candidate, and from there it goes through the process of getting to know their likes, dislikes, beliefs, and interests, and comparing them with mine. If they're compatible and I feel comfortable with that person, then there you go.

Well, I've hardly given any full thought to what qualities I like. I need to think while I'm typing this... gonk
I've learned that I'm not very good with most girls, but I still like looking at them.
Either way, I like guys who are mature, have a kind heart, don't keep terrible secrets from me, tell me the truth, treat me like I'm their own, and sometimes let me do what I want with a girl.
I know that last one sounded a bit perverted... sweatdrop ... but it is.

What I look for in both girls and guys, is someone who can make me happy, also someone who tells the truth no matter how dark the secret is. I like maturity in my guys and I like girls that know how to goof around. I also like being able to hold a conversation, without having to repeat myself. And overall, I like someone that can keep a romantic mood going.

Funny and Fun
Smart but not geniuses
Open
A bit weird or geeky
I guess it is the same for both. Usually I befriend them first and the the acting cute part is not an aspect of just a friend. Sometimes...for friends...funny and weird or geeky isn't always there either. Haha

I usually fancy girls that I can tell are strong and independant, smart and funny, definitely someone I can geek out with. Someone that accepts me, I can be a little sensitive, but in the end I know I can depend on them.
I haven't actually been with a guy, and it was only recently that I acknowledged I was bi, and all the guys I've ever had thoughts about are more feminine than me, someone I could look after, even though I act pretty camp in the end I try to be there for them and act like a man. The guy I have a crush on at college, sums up my dream man, he's funny, loves video games and lady gaga.. he's perfect whee getting carried away..
Being faithful is a given, I've never thought about cheating on a loved one, I'd hope anyone I've ever been with has felt the same..

I like guys who are smart, funny, and kind-hearted. In fact, I normally prefer the artistic type or a nerd, never a jock.
I like girls who are sweet, sensitive, and funny. Normally I like the girl who is willing to go the extra mile and let me feel special over something minor.
